SWEDISH MASSAGE:  Find the "relaxation response" of your body with this work... relax the nervous system, loosen muscles, move nutrients to all your cells, get toxins out, 

and FEEL GREAT!

MEDICAL MASSAGE: We will focus your session on any current or recurrent medical issues that can benefit from bodywork: headaches and migraines, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, muscle and connective tissue pain, hypertension, sciatica, arthritis / bursitis / tendonitis....and many more!

SPORTS MASSAGE:  Focused more specifically on a problem area(s) to prevent injury, or help recover more quickly after. Different sports often have particular body issues associated with them - running, biking, dancing, weight-lifting, etc. - explore releasing problem spots with a combination of my skills - whatever fits your needs and goals.

DEEP TISSUE WORK:  If you have had bodywork before, and enjoy VERY firm pressure, this is the work for you.  A deep tissue session can be catered to cover the entire body, or focus on a particular "issue" spot. 

POSITIONAL RELEASE THERAPY:  Great for releasing chronic, tight patterns in muscles - immediately - and for re-balancing the body after it's been compensating inappropriately.  Positional Release Therapy will leave you with better range of motion, flexibility, and includes some "take home" suggestions to help you stay in balance.  (Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes for this type session.)
